My 485 is pending over 180 days.
Now get a new offer from a company in LA (I am in Bay Area now).
If I file H1B transfer:
1. what documents do I need?
2. most time I stay in Bay Area to work for them. Is that a problem? Will CIS suspect anything?
3. will this transfer trigger anything of my 485?
4. when can I join the new company? Upon the transfer app receipt?
