Questions about interview /stamp appointment

Thanks a million in advance to those of you who know something about this.
I am ready for my I-485 approval (EB2) and want to know about the interview appointment in advance.
1) I heard that you need to make the interview appointment yourself, but does the I-485 approval letter come with an appointment for interview?
2) What documents are required at the interview? Is there anything I can prepare right now such as a letter from my employer?

or did u receive the approval notice

Hi,

In my case I heard the message on AVM that your case has transfered to local INS office San Francisco for interview on 02/25/2002. How much time does it take to get the interview apponitment letter? My RD is 07/10/2001.

the instructions are always in the approval notice sent to u
u generally have to take the following
passport
I-94
ap
ead
courtesy copy

u can do the following
stand in line in the wee hours of the early morning
seek an appointment which ur lawyer can make (it takes 30 days from request to appointment date)

could guide u more if u give ur location

First step is to get approval
