1. Do they always want you to have a medical test again?
2. Can husband and wife be interviewed at different times?
3. It is absolutely required to get the "court documents verified by the issuing authority"? Some of our documents are from India and I don't think they do the verification like they do here. All we can do is get them notarized but that would not be "from issuing authority". Anyone run into this situation?
4. What kind of questions are usually asked in the interview?
5. Would it be ok to go without an attorney as we don't have one. Our attorney was our employer's attorney and now I work for a different company and they don't have one.
