Questions about I-130 for child

My USC husband is filing for my child's I-130. He has included the following :

I-130 form
$420 fee
Copy of his birth certificate
Copy of his passport (first page only)
Copy of marriage certificate
Copy of my son's birth certificate

Does he need to include his picture and my son's picture? Does he need to fill out G-325A? Did he miss anything? Please note that my son is living outside the U.S.
