Who can participate? If you ever had a greencard before and gave it up...can you later in life apply for the greencard lottery just like any other citizen of foreign countries?

she did say - if a previous GC has been given up.... that means she doesn't have it anymore. And by the way, one could still apply for DV lottery even if that person already has a GC.

well not exactly, but an agent could well enhance your chances. Old boys networking is not precisely a new thing, unfortunately or fortunately should you know how to let things work out for you. I'm aware thast some services, yours might be one of them, could do a similar good service I personally have experienced.

hello,

if somebody had GC and gave up. But later to get one again- if someone apply for it newly as DV. how could you explain it that consolate approve it. DV for the ppl who want to live in US and want to pass entire life there. so in this case consolate may ask that you had green card but reject it but want it again. think of it. One thing may be logical that you had green card but you lost its right as for some unnecessary reason then may be considerable.
