Questions about forms...

Not sure if I am puttin this in the right place, but have 3 questions...
1st and 2nd question is...
On the Biographic Form...what do i tick on question.."this form is submitted in connection with application for" naturalization...status as perm. resident....or other (specify). my question is...we r just filling out all the paperwork and not sure which one to tick. This is for to adjust status and become a resident in the us. 2nd question on same biographic form is on the bottom it says APPLICANT be sure to put your name and alien reg. #. My question is on my biographic one *the sponsor* do i put my name or my husband the one i am sponsoring? and he doesn't have a alien reg. # yet.

3rd question....
On form..I-130 form question 22....
complete info below..if relative is in the USA and will apply for adustment of status....says relative is in USA and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful perm. resident @ the office of imm. and nat. service in city and state (fill in) do we put our local office or just leave blank for them to fill out since we r sending it all to the p.o. box with everything thing else...

Any help will be so greatly appreciated. Thanks

Since you are applying for a GC, you should select the option which says "Status as permanent resident"

I hope you know that the sponsor and the applicant have to each fill out a G-325A separately. If you are a USC, then write n/a on your form where it asks for A#. If you are a LPR, then you write your A#. If the applicant you are applying for does not have an A#, then he writes n/a on his form.

You should enter the DO where you wish to have your AOS interview. Pick the one that has jurisdiction over the area you live in.
