Questions about Form I-485

Hi,

I got a few questions when I am filling out I-485:

1. "Were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration Officer?"

What exactly does "inspected" mean? I was asked a few simple questions when I entered US as a visitor and then got my I-94 from an officer. Is it "inspected"?

2. "Nonimmigrant Visa Number"

I got a B1/2 Visa. Where can I find the Visa number? is it the control number on the top right corner of my visa?

3. I am filing I-485 concurrently with I-130 as a spouse of USC. strictly speaking, since the I-130 petition hasn't been approved yet,

Should I select "a) An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been
approved" for question :"I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:"?

Thanks!

Yes and the big bold number on or next to the visa stamp
