For 7 th year extension... is it required that we have an approved labor (or labor peding over a year) with the current empoyer or just about with any Co?
I am thinking of moving to a perm job who are willing to start my GC but I have just over 16 months for my 6 years...But I have a LC application pending with my current employer (consulting Co.) which may be approved in next 2-3 months...
Now, if for any reason my new application do not go through as fast as I would like... then can I fall back on the potentially approved labor with my consulting Co...?
And, what kind of info. we need to provide to the BCIS while extending the H1 to show that the LC is pending or is approved..?
