Actually not that questionable. I am considering:
1. Quitting a job after 1 year there; but I had informally promised 2
2. Rescinding an accepted job offer (for a job that doesn't start for 3 months) and taking another offer
Is there any chance that (a) these things would be grounds for rejecting a TN applicant at the border, (b) that an employer would actually report these things to DHS or immigration officials?
Sorry for the paranoia, but I want to check my bases
