I just receive my Notice letter from Philadelphia INS. The question that i want to ask is that my receipt # is (PHI-******-**) and only 11 character instead of 13. Can i still check the status of my case with 11 character only?

The notice is for my I 485 case, my wife is a us citizen.

Your case is family based and the letter is from Local BCIS office and that# cannot be tracked on BCIS online.

Because it is family base i can not check the status on line, that is mess up. Then the only thing i can do is just wait for the notice in the mail.
