I sponsored my mother who is now in final stages of getting her immigrant visa. However, she's married and I can't file for my step-father since they were married after I turned 18. Secondly, they had a child together.
The question is - once my mother gets her GC, what about my step-father and my sister? How long would they have to wait in order to be able to live here, or at least obtain employment authorization?
