(Sorry for putting this again... i had question this at wrong place.. earlier)

folks,
Please advise!!

We have talked about this b4. Does it matter if one use AC21(completed all the requrments, 180 days for I-485 etc etc) and move to another locaton for the same job, salary, position? I read some issue with the reloaction to different states. I have moved to different location and hv changed the company, dont want any surprises now
(Man... when will this end... )

thanks

I-140 approved sept 2001
I-485 RD 14 Feb 2002

Some local BCIS offices have taken that position on transferred cases (baltimore is one). Read murthy's chat transcripts/bullettins. You can appeal though...

Thanks jaxen

Appreciate your Response.

Could We also appeal, if I-140 is revoked after 360 days of Filling/waiting I-485.

thanks in advance

How much time do you have for appeal when I-485 is denied. Also how much time does it take for appeal results to come in.

Yes you can appeal any BCIS decision. You would do that through a lawyer usually. For I485 you will get an intent to deny 485 notice first, so that you can gather the docs and try to prevent the denial.
After denial notice is served I think you have to appeal within a specified time- I am not sure.

Depending on your current status, whether it is a local BCIS office issue etc. it might take anywhere from 2 weeks to few months for BCIS to hear and act on your appeal.
