When I give my EAC# to the IIO, the person doesn\'t type it in or
 anything. I don\'t hear any sound. I told my EAC # very fast and
 she immediately started giving the status as if I was talking to
 a voice recognition system.

 Frankly, I don\'t understand what is going on in VSC.

It might be automatically entered in IIO\'s computer when you enter in your EAC number on the telephone.
