Here is my situation with 485
July 7- I receive the Card Production Ordered for 485 status
July 9 - I get another email notification for Card Production
July 14 - I get the email of Approval notice sent. Received the letter
the same day
It is now July 24th and no card has arrived yet.
After reading, I assummed that it should be there in the next few days after Approval Notice sent.

Do I have anything to worry about? Does anyone have an accurate timeline on when it should arrive

Thanks well it did arrive.
Just a note to everyone
The green card does not come in a regular USCIS envelope.
It was actually sitting in our mail for about 4 days as I just assummed it was junk mail
