Has anybody been approved after switching jobs based on the 180 day rule? I got a RFE (Asking for my returns for last 2 years, and current employer letter) after I switched jobs, I am planning to send a letter from my previous employer that I was laid off and also a letter from my new employer explaining that I am employed and that my Salary requirements and field of work has not changed. I am just worried if this might back fire..
Please advise....

in my opinion, You can safely go ahead with your plan.. with the new AC21 regulations released yesterday, it is very clear that they cannot deny your application bcos you changed your employers. As long as you are engaged in employment in the same field as your LC and your present employer confirms that he has a job for you now and ALSO AFTER YOU GET YOUR GREEN CARD, there is no problem. Best of luck! There are a couple of people who changed jobs and sent the present employer\'s letter. I forget their names sorry - one of them is shrini100 (I think)..

Can any body advice me on a 485 issue??
I used to work for a company A and I moved to company B in November.
But company A is still processing my Green Card.
Recently my I-140 was approved from company A.
Can sombady advice me if I can still work for company B and apply I-485 form company A or should I be moving back to company A before appling I-485.
