hey guys, wanted to know tht if someone is currently out of status and is already going to college somehow, than can he get a student visa while tht person is in usa? or do they have 2 leave and get it then come back?? reply please. thnkx

no, this is not about me, about a friend who is out of status in usa currently, and somehow got admission to college, and just wondering if he can get a students visa while being out of status inside usa, or does he have 2 go back to his country and then get a student visa.
