I came in usa in 2001,whith a r1 visa,than in 02/02/2006,i apply for green card(i-485).I had my fingerprints done MAy 2006.I see that BCIS processing now cases from may2006.Do you think that something wrong whith my application? And how long the medical examen it is available?(i took it jan2006).Can you estimate how much long will take to receive an answer?
 
What category are you in?

In the good old days (last year) they would give you an estimated day range on how long it would take to process your case. Mine was under 540 to 680 days. I am pushing over 700 now (EB3) and hope to come to an end soon. I feal sorry for you new guys when they dont give you a time frame. It all depends on your category. If you are EB3, settle in, your in for a long ride. IF you are EB1 or BE2, it wont take long.
