If you send an invitation letter to someone overseas.A person obtains a visa with your invitation letter help and comes to the US.Do you need to mention this on your N-400?

what does someone come to US to do with your N-400 at all?

I do not see there has any questions in the form even remotely suitable to your concern.

unless you plan to let the person stay until his/her visa expired, that means, you are helping a person staying in US legally. then you might need to report yourself to the law enforcement and USCIS.

we get some interesting questions in nowadays. :rolleyes:

Thanks for your repply.I understand that it's not important to mention this when applying for citizenship.
