Hi great guru,

If I am on H1b Status. Can I buy and Sell house. I am not an real estate agent. I am working for a company A in a different field. I want to buy house with my own money. Is that possible?

You can buy house and sell, and you have to pay tax for the profit. But do not work for any real estate broker. Do it yourself. Which state are you planning to do that

Go for very old and foreclosure houses, you will get it for very cheap, spend some money on it to fix it up and Sell it. You will get good margins.
