currently I am 1 H1 permit holder, I have no visa in my passport . I got H1 in the usa .
What is your status at the time of first entry to US?
Do your H1 approval come with a I 94 at the bottom bearing the same number on your original I 94 card, at the time of entering US first time?
Can I apply for a school and get a F1 visa ? Reply will be based on your first wuestion
Can I have two visas at the same time ? Definitely not
