Hello guys, i just received my RFI from TSC. After i get this done which will be the next form request from TSC? I came to USA illegal. So i don't know if they will ask me for I-602 after this RFI or next will be the BIO. Do you have any idea?
Also can somebody explain me what's that about BIO CODE?

they should request BIO3 .they will take your 10 fingers Prints ,digital photo,and virtual signature.

It is the luck of the draw--nobody knows if you need to do the waiver. If you have to, the good news is that it is easy.

Masylee, It's really hard to say what could be next as USCIS don't work same for all. Who knows they may not even ask for a RFE but send you for a BIO.
It is something IO will decide who's in charge of your file. But what ever it is my suggestion is don't get nervous but follow their instructions as they say you would be just fine.
