Do you know why they send cases back to Nebraska? Are they not supposed to make a decision at the local office?

I think the Nebraska office makes the final decision, the local office recommends the approval. I am sure people who have already had interviews have the answer to your qeustion.

I had interview back in March, they have not made a decision yet....

That really sucks. I heard that the local office usually send you a letter of recommended approval immediately after the interview. You may wanna make an appointment to check out he status of your approval. Good luck.
