Hi all,
My employer right now is in IL and i am working for his client in Texas .But this client work is only for 6 month so i may move to different job once this work is done.

So my company filed for my labor in IL and the lawyer office filed my I-140 and I-485 cases in Texas Service center instead of filing at Nebraska Service center.

Since my future employment will be in illinois and also TSC is very slow compared to NSC.

They have filed last month in TSC so i wanted to move my files from TSC to NSC ?Is it possible to move my case to NSC ?

Will it create any legal problem or delay in processing my green card.?

What is the procedure in moving my case from TSC to NSC.

Please let me know your comments is deeply expected

Regards

-------------LC and I-140 has to be filed with the service center that covers your employer head office

--------- Ask your lawyer he may have explanation for that why he filed in TSC and not in NSC and he will guide you for future actions and what can be done after your I-140 is approved and I-485 is still pending and you move to different locations, follow the guidance of your lawyer, you have paid him for the services
