Question to IGATE/RapidIGM People?

Is your Company name changed before applying 485 or after applying 485?
Do we need to redo 140 if company name changes after applying 485?

If the company name changes after your I140 is approved,
you need to have your new company file for "amended I140".

It is the same if you have already filed I485 or
waiting to file I485!!

In my case both I-140 and I-485 have the same name, but since our company is so law abiding that they told INS by sending them a love letter that we are no longer Mastech. Result....Case on Hold.
