Question to Apply AP

Hi.
I applied (My lawyer) my wife AP in May 2003 and she got RFE and we sent reply for that in Dec 2003. Online Message says they received .

Still i am waiting for approval. Now my question is do i need to wait until they sent approval notice or Can i go and apply Renewal.

If i apply what should i fill in Part3 Question# 4.

Apply for renewal, after you get the current one. I am also a May 2003 applicant, with RFE issued in December 2003 and RFE response received by INS on Jan 15, 2003, without AP approval, yet.
