Question : RFE for Medical

Dear Members of this forum - I have one question. My wife did not get certain vaccinations for her i-485 Medicals. What are the chances of her getting RFE ? I was living in Dallas and now in Cincinnati. It is not possible to go back to same doctor in Dallas. Is it OK if I get any additional vaccinations from a doctor here in Cinci ?
Anybody who is/was in similar situation like mine please respond.

depends on what the doctor\'s office notified the INS.

Form 693 has three check boxes which indicate
1. If u have all vaccinations
2. If u do not have all vaccinations and
3. If u r eligible for a blanket waiver.

In our case, we did not get the tetanus shot since there was/is acute shortage of it in this country. Hence we were eligible for a blanket waiver. If the doctor checks the 3rd check box then INS would not issue an RFE. Unfortunately for us he had "by mistake" checked the 2nd check box and that raised and RFE.

Check the copy of the 693 form that the doctor gave u.

As for the second part of ur question, I don\'t think u have to go to dallas.
