Hi Everybody!
We are a family of four. We have completed almost the whole process ... latest is the biometric & fingerprint.
On 4/12 I received a mail from CRIS related to my daughter case telling " On April 12, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."
On 4/13 I received another mail from USCIS stating "On April 12, 2006, a welcome notice was mailed for this case. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice".
I assume that means that her GC should arrive soon.
My status "I'm the sponsor" & my wife is still the same : On January 5, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
For my son, it says : On December 2, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.
We mailed our biometrics and the medical exams along with fees all together.
Do I need to call to check on my son's status?
Thanks for any advice or suggestion
Have a great day
