We know that there is a debate and voting on new law that will enable people to file 485 even when their PD is not current. I have following questions in these regards –
1) This law will benefit which category EB2, EB3 or all
2) Will this law benefit those whose I-140 is pending or approved or yet to be filed or all?
While answering my questions assume here that this law gets into enactment.
