I need to know what all documents I need to attach along with my 1-131 parole application. I also need to know to which address I should need to file. I am in Vermont service center. When I go to Vermont website it talks about an filing exception which I have stated below. Now I have confused where to file. Please let me know.
Filing Exceptions:
The VSC also accepts all Forms I-360, Self-Petitions filed by Battered Spouse or Child, for applicants in any jurisdiction.
All Forms I-131, Applications for Travel Document (Re-entry Permit or Refugee Travel Document only), are filed with the Nebraska Service Center.
