Dear people,

I have a question. I'm currently under an H1B. It's expiring in Feb/08. I would like to know what's the process to renew this by myself. I'm tired of paying my attorney for this kind of work. I think I can do this myself. I'm also doing the process for the labor certification ( which got approved yesterday ). The February Visa Bulletin shows August 1, 2002 as the priority date for the EB-3 category. This means that it may take about two more years before we can file for the green card and work card in the EB-3 category. It is my understanding that I can renew my H1 B every year for as long as I need. if someone would be so kind to shed some light on the steps I need, forms, useful links and all, I'll appreciate it so much.

If your LC is approved you can file your I 140 in oremium process, once approved you can extend your H1 , 3 years instead of one year.
Lot of savings.

Thanks for the help. I'm doing that as we speak, can you help on the process to renew the H1B?, steps?...my attorney has always done that for me, but I would like to do it myself if possible.

I understand that, I've been doing that ever since, spending $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ do all of you people do that?? :confused: :confused:
