Question regarding travel with AP

All, I know that you need to give in your I-94 before leaving US. The problem is that we can't find the original H4 receipt which has the I-94 on it. But we do have a copy of it. Is it find to give in the copy to the airlines when leaving?

You mean H4 approval with I94? what about I94 in the passport or when the dependent entered US last? that is enough.
If you dont have either, visit local office and file I102 to get a new I94. I94 is now a document required while exiting US.

Yes, I meant the I94 on the H4 approval. We can't find the original copy, just a photocopy. Do you think that they will take the photocopy?
And hopefully my wife still has the original I94 in her passport.
