Question regarding spouse visa for US citizen

Hi all,
I am a naturalized US citizen and I live in USA. I got married
last month and my wife is an Indian citizen. My wife will
stay in India for another two years since she needs to finish
her education. She also works in India.
I got few questions -

1. How can my wife travel to USA without applying for Green Card ?
Is there any visa for spouse of US citizen so that spouse can
visit USA ?

2. If I decide to apply for Green Card for my spouse, how long will
it take for her to get the Green Card ? Does she need to wait
until she gets the Green Card to come to USA or she can come to
USA immediately before her Green Card is approved ?

3. If I decide to move to India, I will be a US citizen living in India.
My wife is Indian citizen. If I have kids borned in India in the future,
can I sponsor my childrens Green Card based on the fact that
their father is US citizen but their mother is Indian citizen ?
How long will it take to get the Green Card for childeren ?

I would really appreciate if anyone can reply to my questions.

If she applies for a visitor visa, there are high chances of it being denied as she happens to be the spouse of a USC. She could try visas like H/L to enter US without a problem.
Is there any visa for spouse of US citizen so that spouse can
visit USA ?
There is no specific visa available only for a visit. If the aim is to immigrate, you can try the K3 route or CP.

2. If I decide to apply for Green Card for my spouse, how long will
it take for her to get the Green Card ?
CP usually takes ~3-6 months assuming that USCIS completes all processing in time. Not sure about K-3 timeline
Does she need to wait until she gets the Green Card to come to USA or she can come to USA immediately before her Green Card is approved ?
She cannot travel to the US before her Gc is approved, unless she is using a dual-intent visa like H1/L1.

They can file for citizenship right away.
