Question regarding salary slips for H4?

Hi,

I am currently in US and recently transferred my H1 to new company.My wife and child are in India.Wife has valid visa from old company and child does not have any visa.Hence, wife and child will be applying for new visa based on new company petition.My question is - are salary slips from new company needed in order to get their visa or is the new petition and company invitation letter enough?

My H1 B is untill Sept 15, Can my wife get the H4 stamping?
 
Your latest pay stub is additional proof that you are legitimatley working for your sponser. Nothing wrong to take additional evidences with you.
