Question regarding salary slips for H4?

Hi,

I am currently in US and recently transferred my H1 to new company.My wife and child are in India.Wife has valid visa from old company and child does not have any visa.Hence, wife and child will be applying for new visa based on new company petition.My question is - are salary slips from new company needed in order to get their visa or is the new petition and company invitation letter enough?

------------------till what date wife H4 visa is valid and when she plan to return
Hence, wife and child will be applying for new visa based on new company petition.
--------------------if your wife has valid when she enter US H4 visa (it does not matter it is based on your H1 of A or B or C) then no need of getting new H4 visa stamp at POE she will show valid H4 visa stamp AND your H1 transfer approval notice and will get I-94 till your H1 transfer approval notice. Child need to get H4 visa stamp
My question is - are salary slips from new company needed in order to get their visa or is the new petition and company invitation letter enough?
--------------Send employer letter, H1 approval notice and copy of pay stubs, Copy of YOUR valid I-94 (front and back). US conulate can ask anything
