Question regarding RTD

Hey guys and girls

I am going to apply for a new RTD.
The old one expires in May.
Do I send USCIS the old RTD or I keep it?

Do the right thing, always say the truth.
You have to send it back, if you still need it use it, till May (even though if is not valid for more than three months you can not use it) so send it back and get a new one. It wont take that long. Max two months right now.
When you say it is lost, it means that you can not take care of your own stuff, so you are not a responsible person.

Depends on what you have on it!!! Yu've got something to hide? Ever been to COP? It's your call!! Saying you have lost it, btw, will not slow down your process!!!

Come on people. People lose cell phones, wallets, their brains! Anything can happen.

Just because he doesnt want to return his RTD doesn't mean he is a criminal...
 
Dear friends

I was not sure on what I was supposed to do with it.

I have nothing to hide.
I go out of the country once a year to vacation in Europe.
never been back to COP...and no interest to go in the next 100 years.

I guess I will mail it back to USCIS when time is due...

Kalvar remember to make copies of RTD different pages with visas and kept for your record the uscis might ask RFE when you apply for I-485 for Adjustment of Status.
