Question regarding Relocating The Interview Location

Hi there,

My case number is 2022ANS2xxx and I already submitted the DS-260 form. I am a Taiwanese who currently lives in Toronto, Canada for studying and would like to change the interview location from Taiwan to Toronto. However, I already unblocked DS-260 before renewing the address(had moved house once in Taiwan)


My question is that which options could be the most assured and efficient way for me to get an interview?

A) Unblocking DS-260 form again for changing the address from Taiwan to Toronto
B) Flying back to Taiwan for the interview without unblocking DS-260 ( since the Taiwanese government has currently made a strict rule of quarantine plan that I might need to stay in Taiwan for more than 1 month. My fear is that this option might delay my studies)
C) After getting an email allowing me to book an interview in Taiwan, sending emails to both the Taiwan and Toronto consular sections informing that I would need to change the interview location.

These are uncertain times, therefore I do not believe anyone can genuinely tell you which of your above listed options "could be the most assured and efficient way for you to get an interview". You understand your own situation (and all it's attending ramifications) better than anyone else, so you'll will to decide based on what you already know, which of those options you consider less risky and are willing to take.
