Question Regarding Medical Insurance.. Experts please help...

Both me and my wife are working on EAD status. I am the primary applicant. Currently both of us are paying monthly deductions for our medical insurance separately (through our employers) - even though both of us our enrolled for family plan.

Experts please suggest as to what to do??? Our I-485 is in process - might take couple of months to get approved. Can I discontinue my medical coverage (through my company) as my wife already has medical coverage (through her company) for both herself and me????

Sure. Why pay twice for the same coverage?

Thanks. But from GC Processing perspective I hope it would'nt effect anything if I discontinue my medical coverage (being a primary applicant)????
