Question regarding I-140 processisng.

Is it true that I-140 processing times depends on the industry you work for like computer software/medical etc? Or is it the same for everybody once you get into the queue?

My opinion is that it is regardless of which industry but it does depend on category like EB1, EB2 or EB3.
