Question regarding having 2 TNs

Hello,
I am currently on a TN which was set to expire in February 2022. Yesterday I went to the border and applied for another TN. The officer asked me if I would be working for both companies to which I answered yes. My new TN is only for a year so it will expire in Feb of 2021.

After crossing the border I noticed that my admit until date on the i94 says Feb 2021. Shouldn’t it say 2022 since that is the expiration date of TN #1. Is it possible that the officer removed TN #1?

Thank you in advance

Should be fine. No reason they should remove TN#1. Do you cross the border frequently?
Next time you cross, just ensure you next TN stamp shows the proper expiry of Feb 2022. If not, question the CBP officer at that time.

No need to do anything. You technically now have TWO I-94s. The first one, which was not cancelled, still has your later date. The new one is correct in every sense, since it is only good for the year, but it has NOT replaced your old one. When the year expires, you will still have the first one, assuming you work there. In TN case, I-94 is not only your departure record, it is your work authorization, so you can (and should) end up with MANY I-94s: one for each sponsor. In such cases, the latest date on the one(s) that you are still active with determines your "legal until" date.
