Question regarding H4 Visa

My friends wife is on H4 visa. Her I1485 is pending and she has EAD. They are going to travel abroad soon. The question is, does she need an advance parole or she can travel on H4 visa.

Yes she can use the H4, if she has or obtains an H4 visa stamp in her passport.
