Question regarding G-731 response

Hi,
I made a G-731 enquiry for my wife's plastic card and they got back to me with the letter that the I-485 case with WAC xxx and alien number xxx has been approved on 31st March'2005.Please take an infopass appointment to get fingerprinting done.
I really dont know what that reply means as we already got her fingerprinting done and her passport stamped with I-551.
Do we need to get her finger printing done again for the plastic card.Have they lost her fingeprinting records or what?

----- I think they have lost her white form or local office never sent her white form I-89 with her signature and index fingerprint

But now we have only the Xerox copy of her I-485 approval notice as we gave the originals to them when we got the passports I-551 stamped in May 2005.
Is that OK if we give them photocopy of I-485 approval notice.
Would they stamp her passport again or just take photos and finger prints?

-------- take the Copy, FYI they can check with her A# that her I-485 is approved
Would they stamp her passport again or just take photos and finger prints?
------------- they will take her index fingerprint, signature on white card. she should take 2 passport photographs( Name and A# wriiten at back with pencil), they will not stamp the passport if the I-551 stamp in passport is vaild
