Question regarding G-325A

When filing an I-130, it says I need to fill 2 G-325A forms.
One for me (petitioner) and one for my wife.
When filling the form for myself, towards the end there is a box for the Applicant name and A#. Should I put my name or my wife's name (since the whole application is for her)?

For your form, you'll put in your name and A-number, if any. For her form, you'll put in her name, and A-number, if any.

as a citizen then, I do not think I need to provide my Green Card A#...

As a naturalized US citizen, you still need to provide your A#.
