Question regarding EAD - need info urgently..

Hi,

I got my EAD 7 months back. My I 140 was also approved 3 months back. Can I accept offer with another employer using my EAD? or should I continue with the same employer? Will it have any impact on my GC processing? What are steps for working with a new employer ? I came to know that we have to apply AC 21, what is the process for this, and what are the documents to be submitted, when should this be submitted? Can you pls. provide details regarding this.

----you can but use of EAD will invalidate H1 status
or should I continue with the same employer?

------------ if I-140 approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days and you find new job better join new employer with H1 trasfer
