Question regarding e-filing EAD -urgent.

Hi,

I want to e-file for 3rd EAD renewal. I understand that after I e-file for EAD, I will have to schedule a appointment for digital phot and fingerprinting (for EAD). Can I request that it be scheduled with the 2nd FP notice that I have? I am currently in NJ, but am going to San Jose for 2nd FP in Feb.

Any experience with sceduling for digital photo for EAD filed electronically.

Do not waste your time and money to go San Jose for FP or
EAD photos...you could do them locally if the local office allows
allows.....just give it a try...you could schedule for ead photo
at a local office by calling the 800 number.
 
I recently applied for my 2nd EAD using e-filing.

As far as making an appointment for the photo and fingerprinting, it is quite flexible and I believe you can schedule any date you want. For me, I just told officer that I want the nearest date, which is on the next day. If you call early enough, you should have no trouble picking any date you want.
