Hi

I like to Contact Congress man, regarding my I-485. My dates are MAy/2002, now they are processing DEC/2002.

But Congress man is not belongs to TSC Area, He belongs to VST Area. Is it ok, or Is it going to cause any problem, like Transfering my File to VST.

Please let me know.

You can get help from him/her, but it would be good in ur favor that u contact ur local cong/senator

Each representatives represent people personal issues/prob to their area/neigh, if one senator take care all U.S ppl issue than what will other do?

Good Luck

Thank you

RD: 03/21/02
FP1: 04/01/03
RF1: ack by TSC on 08/11/04
RF2: ack by TSC on 12/15/04
Both RFE regarding SR issued for both AP and I-485 from same Officer#374 which I never need since I entered USA on AP
FP2: 12/03/04
AP approved on 12/30/04 after 1 year and 27 days
I-485 Transferred to Atlanta ofiice: 01/04/05
I made Inof pass appointment for 01/28/04
Wrote Letter to USCIS District Director, Senetor, and congressman

My opinion is that this fact alone would not cause your case to be transferred to a different service center.

Getting transferred to your local office is different story though, but only a 15% chance of that happening.....

Okay, if u know him personally than fine u can have a favor from him/her.

Concerns regards possible transfer to another zone of processing center cause by cong-man contact, I don't think so it would happen. Your pettition would stay there where u/empl/filed unless u or empl move to another state which is not in TSC juridiction.

Good Luck
