Question regarding approaching Senator...

Hi All,

I have question. I filed my I I-485 in October 2001. So far got 3 EAD's , 2 FPs
contacted local Congressmen office. Last time I received information from congressmen office that INS has raised RFE and they will send it to me in 2- 4 weeks. It's almost over 4 weeks so far I have not received anything from INS nor the online message has changed.

Is it OK to contact local Senator? Will that have any downside? Since I have already approached Congressmen office.

Any reply is greatly appreciated.

It will not have a downside, it might have an upside. You don't want to wait for this thing rest of your life. You are already four months behind the current processing date posted by Vermont.

So, contact the senator at the earliest.
 
Go ahead & try, it's not going to affect anything which is already worst ...and senators help has always proven well, (opinion differs!) Good luck dude. :eek:
