Question regarding Application Form for Canadian Green Card

Hi,

- In the Checklist it says \'submit 3 forms\'. Does it mean 3 copies of
  IMM008 and IMM 5406 for each applicant.

- It asks for 3 photographs. Does it mean 3 for each for ie 9 or 3 totally.

- Do we have to submit the FBI clearence with the initial application or
  can we send it later?

You just have to submit one IMM0008 for each applicant that is principle applicant and the dependants.

You have to submit 3 photographs for each applicant.

You can submit FBI clearance later no need to submit that right now you can take that at the time of interview.

  Regarding the FBI Clearence what happens in the interview waiver scenario.. As I understood the process is follows.. (in case of Interview Waiver case )

- You submit your forms with the fees and documents.
- You get a receipt notice from them
- Then you get the notice to get Medical done
- Tehn they send you the ROLF....

So when would I submit the FBI clearence in this process?
Am I missing something.

ok in case of interview waiver then u send FBI clearance after you get the Interview waiver notice you simply mail it to them they provide guidelines for that.....not to discourage you but nowadays they dont issue interview waiver.
Did u apply to get FBI clearance it takes time to get that at least 4 weeks so make it fast Do u know how to get FBI clearance....if not let me know....Ur in which city ???

I am in San Jose.

- Actually I had got my FBI clearence done 6 months back.
But the Ddocument says that fingerprints must not be more than 6 months old...
So planning to take it again.

- Also any idea if i can send in the 6 month old FBI Fingerprint result?

- How much time does it take these days for the whole process?

Whu dont u get it done again...to be on safe side it wouldnt hurt.

It shouldnt take more then 4 weeks to get that but dont wait in the mean time ....send ur application....u can always send the pending documents later
