Question regarding AP Application form

INS has recently changed the AP Application form. In the new form, there is a field called, "3. Class of Admission".

Any body know, what is this Class of Admission?

The Web site says that,

Edition Date: 9/19/03. Previous versions may be used until 12/31/03. Vietnamese instructions also available.

But at the end of the page , if I click on I-131, it will download the new version. How will I get the old version of this form.

Class of admission is how you entered USA last time or in which class you were admitted, if you entered on H1B then write H1 if entered with AP write AP, your I-94 or the stamp that was placed in your passport last time has class of admission, better fill up the New I-131 form
