This is really weird because i am in the same situation as your uncle's kid. my grandfather applied for my mom in 1999 and the priority date became current in march 1999, for some family reasons my mom hasn't attended the interview and our next appointment is in july 2007....now me and my sister are 24 and 28 respectively....our name didn't show up in the appointment letter so i don't think we're eligible...can you please elaborate if your cousin's (23 and 27 year old)...were their name in the appointment letter or NO....dude this is really crazy....can you please e-mail me or pm me...i really like to know ur answer. I hope it works out for me and my sister. We have already paid them fee agent for ourself.
