Question Regarding Adjusting Spouse

Hi. I am a US citizen and will be filing the I-130 and I-485 etc. to adjust my husband's status in the next few months but am a little confused by different things I am hearing. Have any of you filed for adjustment when you entered the US without inspection? If so, what was your experience?

Consult an immigration attorney.

I know this doesn't help you but after doing all your own research, I would recommend that you consult a GOOD immigration attorney.
 
he cannot adjust if he entered without inspection. Are you sure he didn't enter with a visa?
 
Sorry to disappoint, if he entered without inspection, he will not be able to adjust status in US. But then, if he leave, it may trigger the 3 or 10 years ban from entering US. It is really tough for illegal immigrant than overstay immigrant.
